👥 The Founders

Ruff Collar was founded in Dayton, Ohio by Benjamin Howard and Noah Coleman, two real ones cut from a different cloth. What started as a vision between best friends quickly evolved into a full-scale movement.

Benjamin—the creative architect and original heartbeat behind the brand—built Ruff Collar from the ground up. From designing bold, one-of-one pieces to delivering orders by hand, he turned pain into product and legacy into fabric.

Noah—the strategist, stabilizer, and voice of reason—is known inside the brand as The Handler. From operations to loyalty that doesn’t shake, he’s the one who makes sure every promise is kept and every move is smart. Together, they’ve created more than clothing—they’ve created a mindset.
